Job Summary
• The SSC Part Leader is responsible for supporting accounting and finance operations within the Shared Service Center (SSC), ensuring accurate financial reporting, SAP system operation, and effective coordination with related entities and departments.
• This position requires strong accounting knowledge, excellent English communication skills, and hands-on experience in multinational working environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily accounting and finance activities for SSC operations.
• Ensure accounting transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Operate and support SAP accounting and business modules.
• Handle SAP CO (Controlling) module activities related to cost control and reporting.
• Handle SAP FI (Financial Accounting) module activities related to accounting and finance operations.
• Support SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) module coordination related to sales and billing processes.
• Coordinate with IT and related departments regarding SAP issues and improvements.
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with related entities and headquarters regarding accounting matters.
• Support audit activities and provide required financial documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support SSC Manager in managing daily team activities.
• Guide and support SSC staff in accounting operations.
• Promote teamwork and continuous process improvement activities.

• Reporting to: SSC Manager
• Working Location: CS WIND Vietnam, Phu my 1 IZ, Phu my Ward, HCM City, Viet Nam
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience working in multinational companies is mandatory.
• Experience in Shared Service Center (SSC) operations is preferred.
• Strong accounting and financial knowledge.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO Module, SAP FI Module, and SAP SD Module.
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good coordination and teamwork capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

• Good communication skills in multinational environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting multiple entities within a group company.
