Job Description

We are looking for a Staff ASIC Digital Verification Engineer to join our team developing state of the art PCI express integrated circuits. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the verification planning and execution of our next generation products. This will be done in close collaboration with the design and other verification engineers, as well as the system architects.

Basic Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Strong digital verification skills

• Focus on delivering high quality verification

• Experience with SystemVerilog for digital verification

• Experience with UVM, SVA and Functional Coverage

• Positive attitude and the ability to collaborate well in a multi-site team environment

• Fast learner who enjoys new challenges

• Strong organization and communication skills

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of PCIe or other high-speed serial communications protocols is a strong asset

• Experience with writing and maintaining test plans

• Experience with architecting verification testbenches

• Experience with Cadence simulation and verification management tools

• Experience with scripting in Tcl, Perl, Python, bash, etc.

Education and/or Experience

• Electrical or Computer Engineering degree and 8+ years of practical experience

• An advanced degree may substitute for some years of related experience
