Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis on companies, industries, and market trends to evaluate investment opportunities and partnership potential.
Analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assess company performance and financial health.
Utilize financial models and valuation techniques to determine investment attractiveness and potential returns.
Monitor and evaluate investment portfolio performance, tracking key metrics and providing regular reports to senior analysts.
Research and Due Diligence
Perform detailed research on target companies and industries, including competitive analysis, market trends, and regulatory environment.
Conduct due diligence activities, including reviewing legal documents, contracts, and financial disclosures to assess risks and opportunities associated with potential investments and partnerships.
Stay updated on market developments, economic indicators, and industry news to identify emerging investment trends and partnership opportunities.
Investment Support
Collaborate with senior analysts and partners to develop investment strategies and portfolio management approaches.
Assist in the execution of investment transactions, including preparing investment documentation, coordinating with legal and compliance teams, and monitoring investment closing processes.
Support the monitoring and reporting of existing investments, including tracking financial performance, analyzing market conditions, and identifying potential risks or opportunities.
Partnership Analysis
Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, conducting research and analysis on potential partners' financial health, strategic fit, and growth potential.
Assist in developing partnership proposals and conducting negotiations with potential partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the feasibility and impact of potential partnerships on the overall business strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Legal or a related field.
Previous experience as a Management Trainee at a Big 4 is highly preferred.
Basic knowledge of financial analysis techniques, including financial modeling, valuation methods, and investment analysis.
Familiarity with financial markets, investment vehicles, and industry trends.
Proficiency in using financial analysis software and tools.
