JOB DESCRIPTION
Vendor Sourcing & Management
Search, evaluate, and select reliable vendors for indirect goods and services.
Conduct periodic performance reviews of existing vendors (quality, delivery time, SLA).
Maintain professional relationships with key suppliers.
Sourcing & Contracting
Receive and clarify Purchase Requests (PRs) from internal departments.
Request quotes (RFQ/RFP), negotiate prices, payment terms, and contract conditions.
Draft, review, and finalize purchase contracts and Purchase Orders (POs).
Operations & Cost Optimization
Track orders to ensure on-time delivery and proper service acceptance.
Proactively identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing, focusing on Indirect categories.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of commercial contracts and legal terms.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Attributes: High integrity, detail-oriented, accountable, and organized.
