Why we're looking for you
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our HR department. You will support the HR team in tasks such as building company processes, assisting in attendance tracking and payroll calculation, supporting the employee journey, and participating in various HR activities. This internship will provide valuable exposure to the field of human resources and help develop your skills in HR administration.
You'll do
Assist in preparing company processes, documents, and policies.
Support the HR team in the process of attendance tracking and calculation for employees.
Contribute to the employee journey by assisting in onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding processes.
Participate in various HR activities such as recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
REQUIREMENTS
You have
Undergraduate or graduate students preferred majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, International Economics or a related field.
Experience in administrative roles or involvement in HR-related activities or extracurricular activities is preferred.
Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Fluent in written and spoken English
Hardworking, enthusiastic and flexible mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

You'll do
Support in implementation expertise tasks in the Operations Department to ensure accurate and complete compliance with regulations.
Provide support in the reception, verification, and preparation of professional documents to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
Assist in the implementation and operation of business process procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate process performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

REQUIREMENTS
You have

Familiarity with operational processes and workflow is advantageous.
High proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
