JOB DESCRIPTION
Research and identify potential international partners B2B partners (sales channels) to promote existing inventory.
Establish and maintain relationships with potential partners.
Engage in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner services into our system.
Monitor partnership performance and collaborate on business development strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
No experience required
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in International Business, International Economics, Tourism & Hospitality, or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, good time management and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus.
Familiarity with the travel industry, Hotel Service, Online Travel Agent (OTA) businesses, and Outbound tours is a plus.
