Mô tả công việc
Supervision responsibilities:
• Manage HAA's operations at Tan Son Nhat Station
• Monitor ground services at Tan Son Nhat Station, in order to make sure that all ground and flight operations are safe, punctual and economically efficient. .
• Review agreements and manage ground service contracts with suppliers at SGN station.
• Organize to collect customers' comments about service quality, cooperate with other concerning units to analyze this information.
Ground Services:
• Supervise the check-in/ check-out/ boarding for passengers/baggage and support staffs handle irregularities (if any)
• Monitor, evaluate and adjust the quality of ground services provided by external parties at airports/stations that HAA operates
Customer Services:
• Receive and handle complaints from customers and partners
• Arrange addition services for passengers/ internal staff (on request)
HRM:
• Team work assignment
• Send the SGN monthly timesheet to HR
• To be the focal point to disseminate the company's policies, plans, activities and changes to the team.
Equipment and tools man-agement:
• Management of equipment, tools and offices of HAA at SGN include:
- Equipment for ground operations, serving passengers/aircraft/crew
- Office equipment. Exp: computer, printer, air conditioner, ...
• Responsible for repairing/ recommending new equipment to ensure that mining op-erations are not affected
Support ACC team:
• Check, confirm and collect service receipts.
• Make the payment for operation activities at SGN station.
External:
• Behalf of HAA to working with local management units/ airport management operat-ed by HAA
• Participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly briefings and joint activities at TIA, NAA
• Send the Monthly report to relevant management units
• Welcome the company delegations (when required)
Others:
• Performs any other assignments as defined by the needs of the company or as directed by superiors for time to time.
• Co-ordinates functions and activities with regional, divisional and TMG staff as ap-propriate.
• Implements Management development and succession plans in co-ordination with corporate and recommends high quality Hai Au aviation.
• Monitors present and future trends, practices and systems in the aviation industry and determines and ensures execution of competitive programs

Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• College/university graduated or higher education background.
• At least 03 years working experience in the aviation industry.
• Relevant certifications in ground operations.
• Background and proven knowledge in Ground Operations and or Customer Services, Airline Operations, Safe-ty management.
• Having experience and adequate knowledge about ground operations policy and procedures of the HAA.
• Good at English communication skills. TOEIC 600 (or equivalent certificate).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office, e.g., Excel, Power point.
OTHER SKILLS REQUIREMENTS AND ATTRIBUTES
• Male and female has aged from 20 - 40 years old.
• Good health, be able to work under pressure.
• Careful, honest, responsible, teamwork.
• Good communication, issues solving skills and willing to work far away from home.
