Mô tả công việc
The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen/bar and dining areas, overseeing dishwashing operations, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers, or by hand when necessary.
Clean kitchen equipment, such as grills, ovens, and stovetops, and maintain cleanliness of floors and other surfaces.
Ensure that all kitchen/bar and dining areas are clean and organized at all times.
Assist with the preparation and plating of dishes as needed.
Monitor and record temperatures of food storage areas to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Remove trash and recyclables from kitchen/bar and dining areas.
Stock and restock kitchen supplies and equipment, such as dishware, glasses, and silverware.
Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience working in a kitchen or as a dishwasher preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen/bar and dining areas.
Basic communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
