Job Description:
We are a leading fashion brand in Vietnam with a current presence of 270 stores. As we prepare to open our first store in Thailand, located in a prominent shopping mall in Bangkok, we are actively seeking a Store Manager to oversee the establishment and operation of this flagship store.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Training at the Store:
- In order to ensure the store achieves its sales target, propose profit margins, work with HR to post job listings, conduct interviews, and select suitable candidates.
- Design training programs: Develop training programs tailored to the organization's needs and goals, including both basic and advanced skill training.
- Implement programs: Organize and implement training activities such as workshops, online courses, or on-site learning programs.

Business Planning & Implementation to Achieve Goals According to the Store Plan:
- Create business plans on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Present the plan for direct management approval.
- Deploy a 100% integrity team according to the approved plan.
- Self-assess, measure results, and propose new solutions to achieve goals according to confirmed milestones.

Inventory Management:
- Plan proposed merchandise transfers to ensure sufficient stock in the store.
- Manage operations to ensure actual inventory standards with software.

Planning & Implementation of Store Visual Merchandising (VM):
- Align the visual merchandise department with a layout suitable for the store based on the strategic direction from the company.
- Implement product arrangement and decoration according to the established plan.
- Monitor and evaluate display performance by tracking sales figures, customer attention, and feedback.
- Make adjustments and improvements based on feedback and results to optimize the shopping experience and sales.

Cash Management at the Store:
- Track and record daily sales figures from cash transactions.
- Check and reconcile data with the sales management system to ensure accuracy.
- Manage cash deposits to the company according to the correct procedures and deadlines.

Regularly Reporting Business Results to Direct Management:
- Conduct timely personnel-related reports, surveys, providing reliable data and reflecting the actual situation of the unit.
- Monitor and support personnel in the vertical sector to produce regular personnel reports.

Requirements:
- University graduate
- Minimum of 01 year experience in the retail sector, preferably in the fashion field at an equivalent position
- Understanding of the responsibilities of a Store Manager, including operational management, personnel development training, and store sales operations
- Knowledge of retail and customer service procedures
- Basic understanding of various fields such as finance, human resources, business, office computing, etc.
- Grasp the relevant working processes of the company/unit
- Good communication skills in both spoken and specialized English
- Preference for Vietnamese candidates who are proficient in English and Thai language skills
