Responsibilities
Lead the store's overall success by driving performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Manage and mentor store staff to maintain high standards in customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork.
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control,
purchasing activities, and store presentation.
Ensure successful purchasing transactions, including product authentication, price negotiation, and customer consultations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and effective use of CRM tools.
Develop local marketing strategies and drive brand visibility via social media, pop-up events, and partnerships with local communities.
Monitor sales KPIs and purchasing targets, implement initiatives to meet and exceed goals.
Analyze market trends and provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and uphold ALLU's brand image and values.
Handle purchasing activities, including negotiation and authentication processes.
Analyze market trends and report to management regularly.
Prepare and manage operational reports.
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail, store operations, or customer-facing roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a small team.
Passionate about luxury products, especially preloved designer items (bags, watches, jewelry).
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and familiar with CRM or retail POS systems.
Customer-centric, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
14 days of annual leave.
