● Supervise and ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently.
● Plan work schedules, arrange shifts, and manage staff performance.
● Monitor product display quality, control stock, handle ordering, and support
promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
● Develop and implement initiatives to drive sales growth and improve store
performance.
● Train, coach, and evaluate employees; foster a positive and productive work
environment.
● Provide product knowledge and sales training to the team while promoting a
culture of excellent customer service.
● Assist customers, handle inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
● Prepare and submit sales, inventory, and performance reports to upper
management.
● Perform other assigned tasks to optimize store operations and business
efficiency.
Yêu cầu
● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail or store management.
● Good command of English and excellent communication skills.
● Friendly, positive attitude with strong teamwork and time management abilities.
● Solid problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
● Proactive, honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.

● Two interview rounds with the Team Leader and HR Department.
