JCR Vietnam is a part of Maxim's Group, currently operating two renowned Japanese restaurant brands in Vietnam:
Yakiniku Like - a popular solo yakiniku restaurant offering a "Tasty! Quick! Value!" experience with personalized Japanese BBQ.
Genki Sushi - the largest sushi chain in Hong Kong, known for its fresh ingredients and modern sushi dining experience.
We're looking for potential candidate for a new store opening of Genki Sushi in Cressent Mall, D7 with key responsibilities as following:
Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service and quality. Lead and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop team members. Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance skills.
Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and profitability. Implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce costs.
Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, minimizing waste, and maintaining stock levels.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
