Strategic Assistant

Assist DGD to track and provide analytical reports on the development of strategic initiatives,
financial performance and the market
Coordinate with relevant business units for reporting activities and general administrative affairs
Carry out specific management projects falling outside the scope of Operations
Develop and communicate strategic roadmap, corporate strategies and business strategies
Consolidate and produce business plans and review together with other business heads
Produce regular and ad-hoc research papers/reports on business development and market landscape
Complete all reporting activities accurately and on time
Analyze situations and expectations of new and existing Client to propose Solutions.
Analyze Client's request or Market demand, decide strategies, assign tasks to internal resources to
develop services model and proposal.
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to create New Service Model based on Market
trend and New technology.
Involve in Proposal and Quotation making process.
Join Client meeting with Sales/ Client Success team to verify the needs, present give consults.
Study and localize Group's Service Model into Vietnamese Market.
Other tasks as assigned by Deputy General Director cum. Business Development Director.
