Job Description:
As a Creative Content Planner: read insights, align with brand consitency, and coordinate with stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver messages for various communications campaigns related to Corporate Affairs, Internal Communications, PR, CSR/ESG, and Employer Branding.
As a Brand Innovator: immerse into the brand and propose initiatives to improve everything communications related. It can be a revamp of channels, tools, methodology, refreshment of content tone & mood, or even something we have yet to expect. Innovation needs to be monitored and improved as a continuous cycle.
As a Futurist: continuously measure how well the brand metrics defined are performing or any adjustment needed, be ready to unlearn and relearn, and even reshape your thinking with primed, beyond ready for what lies ahead, drive the team look back to spring forward.
