Strategic Data Lead

* KEY OUTCOMES - DELIVERABLES (6- 18 MONTHS):
- Establish North Star Metrics &Metric Layer: Build a "Single Source of Truth" by integrating data from TikTok Shop, Shopify, Ads APIs, and internal databases.
- Proactive Design of Leading Indicators: Move from passive reporting to building short-term forecasting models and business scenarios (Best/Base/Worst case) for revenue and costs.
- P&L Optimization via Insights: Execute deep-dive root-cause analyses to improve profit margins, focusing on SKU performance, fulfillment costs, and marketing efficiency.
- Data Culture Transformation: Act as the central hub for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), leading discussions with data to determine "what to do next" rather than just "what happened".
