* KEY OUTCOMES - DELIVERABLES (6- 18 MONTHS):
- Establish North Star Metrics &Metric Layer: Build a "Single Source of Truth" by integrating data from TikTok Shop, Shopify, Ads APIs, and internal databases.
- Proactive Design of Leading Indicators: Move from passive reporting to building short-term forecasting models and business scenarios (Best/Base/Worst case) for revenue and costs.
- P&L Optimization via Insights: Execute deep-dive root-cause analyses to improve profit margins, focusing on SKU performance, fulfillment costs, and marketing efficiency.
- Data Culture Transformation: Act as the central hub for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), leading discussions with data to determine "what to do next" rather than just "what happened".

Yêu cầu
- P&L Mindset & Business Acumen: Deep understanding of E-commerce cost structures and the link between technical metrics and actual net profit.
- Causal Analysis & CriticalThinking: Ability todistinguish between correlation and causation; identifying trends, seasonality,and anomalies within the business context.
- Data Storytelling: Exceptional ability to communicatecomplex findings in clear business language, focusing on "ActionableInsights".
- Technical Mastery (Tech Stack): Proficient in SQL, Python, and BI tools to design metrics and evaluate dashboard integrity.
- T-Shaped Professionalism: Broad knowledge across
Digital Marketing (funnel analysis), SKU lifecycle, Operations, and Finance.
