Prepare project cash flow models at both group and entity levels.
Prepare economic updates and peer group analysis.
Prepare annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
Monitor JV agreements with foreign investors; prepare monthly updates of the master business plan and materials for monthly JV meeting.
Coordinate with internal teams and JV partners to ad hoc reports and follow up on required actions.
Study new investment opportunities; prepare financial models, investment structures, decision memos, and presentations.
Follow up on ongoing investments; prepare monthly reports and discuss with internal teams to resolve any issues.
Conduct market research, legal study and analysis of key markets.
Work with valuers to prepare valuation reports for the company's portfolio or ad hoc projects.
Perform other administrative and filing tasks as required.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. (CFA, CPA, or ACCA qualification is a plus.)
From 5 years of experience with real estate
developers or in finance/investment/ roles related to real estate.
Experience with Big 4 audit firms is highly preferred.
Strong skills in Excel (financial modeling, data analysis), PowerPoint (presentations), and Word (report preparation).
Solid understanding of financial modeling, cash flow analysis, investment structuring, and legal frameworks (especially those related to real estate).
Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to work independently.
Advanced command of English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
