Working as a Strategic Planner here means:
You are the bridge and are primarily responsible for ensuring all project activities are carried out as planned between internal departments and customers. In this role, you also have to work closely with suppliers and collaborators.
So it means that you are good at:
Most frequent duties
Be a primary, day-to-day contact for all matters of strategy and planning, including research, briefs, workshops, and creative collaboration
Detect consumer insights and turn insights into strategic ideas and integrated communication solutions.
Partner with Account Services to gain client approval to recommended strategic direction
Partner with Creative colleagues to drive creative inspiration and ideation
Partner with Analytics, Media, and Digital to ensure the information within the agency
Present solutions and ideas to customer
Monitor implementation to ensure quality and in line with the strategy outlined
Evaluate campaign effectiveness
Other tasks assigned by Senior Strategic Planner/BOD.
...And you have:
Education:
Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
Foreign language:
Excellent & professional skills in both English & Vietnamese, any other language is a plus
Work experience
A minimum of one year in a creative, online, branding or digital agency setting.
Possess an understanding of marketing, branding, research, and digital marketing.
Capabilities:

Public speaking, presentation & debate skill
Microsoft skill, especially PowerPoint or Keynote design
