Reports To: Consulting Director
Objective:
Support the development and implementation of creative and effective brand and communication strategies that align with customer insights and market context, contributing to achieving both client and company business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Research and Analysis:
Information Gathering: Collect market data, competitor information, and insights into target customer behavior and needs.
Market Analysis: Analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify competitive context and opportunities for the brand.
Customer Analysis: Examine target customer behavior, habits, motivations, and insights across various communication channels (both online and offline).
Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing market data, customer data, and communication data to uncover valuable insights.
2.Strategy Development:
Strategy Support: Contribute to the development of brand positioning strategies, communication strategies, brand messages, and customer journey mapping.
Idea Generation: Propose creative ideas for communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and appeal to target customers.
Detailed Planning: Assist in creating detailed media plans based on customer behavior analysis and established strategies.
3.Implementation and Reporting:
Implementation Support: Participate in executing communication campaigns, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure effective campaign delivery.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Track, collect data, and assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Reporting: Compile and report campaign results, and suggest adjustments if necessary.
4.Additional Duties:
Brainstorming: Engage in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new projects.
Trend Research: Research and stay updated on the latest marketing and communication trends.
Other Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Strategic Planner or Director of Strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields;
At least 2 years of experience with a similar role in Creative Agency;
Fundamental knowledge of market dynamics, consumer insights, and communication channels;
Strong analytical, synthesis, and information processing skills;
Effective communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities;
Fluent English is an advantage.
