• Lead integrated media planning for brand partners: Translating commercial/business objectives into platform-specific media strategies with clear investment rationale and expected performance outcomes.
• Build the media planning framework and playbook which connects social commerce service lines - Paid Media, Short Video, Affiliate, Influencer & Livestream.
• Establish and maintain performance benchmarks and competitive intelligence for e-commerce media in Vietnam.
• Lead the AI workstream for the Media & Video team - identifying high-impact use cases, piloting tools, and deploying scalable workflows across planning, content, and reporting functions.
• Build and document AI-powered SOPs and automation workflows that reduce manual effort and improve planning and reporting speed across the team.
• Own Media & Video P&L analytics: revenue tracking, billing pipeline, service-level performance vs. target, and monthly/quarterly reporting to leadership.
• Develop reporting templates and dashboards that give brand partners and internal stakeholders a consistent, decision-ready view of campaign performance and business impact.
• Assist Head of Media & Video on QBRs, annual business planning (BP/JBP), new service proposals, and pitch decks for prospective brand partners.
• Partner with Commercial, Services, and Data teams to systematically build OnPoint's media moat - co-developing first-party audience data assets, unified cross-service attribution models, and performance intelligence infrastructure that compound OnPoint's media advantage over time and create durable differentiation for brand partners.
Yêu cầu
• 5-7 years in media planning, performance marketing, or e-commerce analytics; agency, platform, or e-commerce enabler background preferred.
• Strong command of paid media ecosystems: TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads - including campaign architecture, bidding logic, attribution models, and platform-specific KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to build analytical frameworks and measurement systems from scratch - not just running reports, but designing how performance gets defined, tracked, and presented.
• Proficient in data tools: advanced Excel/Google Sheets, at least one BI/dashboarding tool, BigQuery or SQL (strong plus).
• Working knowledge of AI tools applied to marketing workflows - prompt engineering, automation, content scaling - or clear aptitude and initiative to build this capability rapidly.
• Ability to translate complex data into narratives for brand partner audiences and internal leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure in a high-growth environment and takes ownership of problems end-to-end.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
