JOB DESCRIPTION
Chịu trách nhiệm phát triển và quản lý hệ thống nhà cung cấp Print-on-demand (POD), đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm, tối ưu chi phí và duy trì nguồn cung ổn định, có khả năng mở rộng.
Nhiệm vụ chính bao gồm:
Supplier Sourcing: Tìm kiếm, đánh giá và lựa chọn nhà cung cấp dựa trên chi phí, chất lượng, lead time và năng lực sản xuất.
Sample testing: Thực hiện test mẫu, kiểm soát chất lượng trước khi sản xuất hàng loạt.
Evaluation: Đánh giá năng lực nhà cung cấp (chất lượng, giá, lead time, năng lực sản xuất)
Backup supplier: Xây dựng và duy trì hệ thống supplier (bao gồm backup) để đảm bảo tính liên tục của chuỗi cung ứng.
Optimization: Phối hợp với các bên liên quan để tối ưu chi phí, cải thiện chất lượng và nâng cao hiệu quả sản phẩm.
REQUIREMENTS
Bắt buộc
Yêu cầu ứng viên có 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Product Sourcing (Tìm Nguồn Sản Phẩm) mảng Print-on-Demand (POD).
Có hiểu biết về Print-on-Demand (POD), quy trình in ấn và vật liệu sản phẩm.
Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành Kinh tế, Thương mại, Chuỗi cung ứng hoặc liên quan.
Thành thạo Excel/Google Sheets ở mức cơ bản (lọc, tổng hợp và xử lý dữ liệu).
Có khả năng xử lý vấn đề, tư duy chi tiết, làm việc cẩn thận và theo sát tiến độ công việc.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp hiệu quả với nhiều phòng ban.
Ưu tiên
Có khả năng ứng dụng AI (như ChatGPT hoặc các công cụ automation) trong công việc: viết báo cáo, phân tích dữ liệu, tóm tắt vấn đề và tối ưu quy trình.
Tư duy phân tích dữ liệu tốt, tập trung vào cải tiến vận hành và xác định nguyên nhân gốc (root cause) thay vì chỉ xử lý bề mặt.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1/ New Product Research & Development
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis, including global e-commerce platforms, to propose and develop new product concepts.
- Research and communicate with suppliers to exchange product information.
- Work with designers to develop product mockups.
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities to build a strong pipeline of potential items.
2/ Product Positioning & Content Development
- Position products according to the target customer segment, based on the event and campaign timeline planned by the department head.
- Write and optimize product descriptions for international e-commerce marketplaces.
- Product Design & Video Production Coordination
- Ideate and collaborate with Designers to create product designs; review design quality and finalize daily deliverables.
- Coordinate with Video Creators to produce product introduction videos (TikTok, YouTube, Reels, etc.).
3/ Product Marketing Support
- Support the Marketing team in optimizing advertising content across digital media platforms.
- Monitor marketing performance and propose improvement suggestions.
REQUIREMENTS
1/ Skills - Expertise
- Minimum 1 year of experience performing the tasks listed above in the POD (Print-on-Demand) industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and US-UK pop culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, Business English, or related fields.
- TOEIC 700 or IELTS 6.0, with strong reading and writing skills.
- Proficient in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight evaluation.
- Ability to assess products from a user perspective and apply effective marketing techniques to attract customers.
- Foreign language ability, especially in German, French, or Spanish, is a plus.
2/ Attitude - Mindset
- Good aesthetic sense and strong visual judgment; able to evaluate designs from the perspective of the target audience.
- Independent research ability and proactive task management.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly responsible.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
3/ Nice-to-have
