Design drawings for Singapore's projects
Working directly with Singapore Company
Structural engineering of building systems for institutional, retail and commercial building projects.
Prepare calculations and well-coordinated, technically sound construction documents that are cost-effective, efficient and constructible in a friendly work environment.
Communicate and coordinate with architects, owners, other engineering disciplines, vendors, building officials, other consultants, etc. throughout the design phases of the building project.
Perform engineering calculations including building loads, lateral and gravity design of building systems etc.
Must meet client schedules and internal design and construction administration time budgets.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's Degree or College Degree of Science degree in Structural Engineering.
Experience required: at least 2 - 3 years familiar with AutoCAD and Eurocodes
Knowledge and used Plaxis or StaadPro and Revit are an advantage
Be careful in tasks
English communication skills, can read Structural documents

Annual Leave: 14 days/Years

The office working hours are as follows, except Sundays and Public Holidays:
Monday to Friday: 08:30AM to 05:30PM
Saturday: 08:30AM to 12:30PM
(Alternate Saturday off)

SHORT HISTORY
BK TAN CONSULTANTS started Consultancy Services to its valuable Client's in November 1995, a very humble beginning, in a small office, borrowed from a helpful Real Estate and Main Contractor's Office at Upper Changi Road.
The Principal Consultant is Er. Tan Bin Keong, B.Eng.(Civil), Msc(Project Management), MIES, M Con ES, MSSSS, PE( Civil), QECP and DfSP who has 43 years experience in the Construction Industry.
