Structural Engineer Infrastructure ( Bridge Engineering)

To perform the work under the direct supervision of the Project Manager to ensure that the project will be done in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards, including but limiting to:
• Responsible for the design and technical construction of bridge and infrastructure projects.
• Participate in the implementation of technical drawings for bridge projects using software such as BIM or similar programs.
• Plan and analyze all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
• Conduct calculations and structural analysis of bridge structures to ensure durability, safety, and load-bearing capacity.
• Develop plans, specifications, cost estimates, and final bid packages for bridges and other transportation projects.
• Select appropriate construction materials and verify the feasibility of design solutions.
• Assist colleagues in resolving technical issues during bridge construction and ensure compliance with technical regulations.
• Ensure quality and adherence to design and construction processes for projects.
• Monitor project progress and quality related to bridges and infrastructure.
• May be asked to participate in non-design engineering activities such as construction inspection and materials testing surveying, and field data collection.
• Effectively collaborate with others and lead transportation and bridge teams in all aspects of bridge analysis and design, from conceptual planning and preliminary design to final design and construction
• Identify creative and innovative engineering solutions based on client, project, and site constraints.
• Responsible for the accuracy of engineering design, reports, load ratings, and plans, quality presentation, thoroughness and follow-through, and efficient conformance to budgets, schedules, and company standards.
• Coordinates with Client / Consultant's representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
• Assigns targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all civil groups at site
• Other tasks assigned by Managers
