In line with those values, we've created Pod: a simple, flexible, and affordable way to expand housing that can be set up and used within a day, saving customers time and costly home renovations. It's prefabricated, climate-controlled, and can be used for office space, exercise, gaming, and a wide variety of other use cases. After only 6 months on the market, Pod can now be found across the US in places like New York, Boston, Pittsburg, Austin, Phoenix, and San Francisco. We're currently working to expand this line to include new Pod features, such as a more affordable unit, a unit equipped with a restroom, and a premium unit aimed at pro users.

Responsibilities
Study, propose structural design solution, establish analysis models, execute calculation report, ensure the design to meet all technical requirements as required by the projects
Prepare structural drawings for building structures.
Make detailed structural drawings.
Detect the clash problem during working and propose solutions.
Implement the quality control of the drawings/models/reports.
Manage to deliver the whole package: document list, quality check sheet, printing... in accordance with the requirement of the projects.

Responsibilities
Study, propose structural design solution, establish analysis models, execute calculation report, ensure the design to meet all technical requirements as required by the projects

Make detailed structural drawings.

Yêu cầu
Requirements
You have a bachelor's degree in civil structure Engineering.
2-5 years of working experience in design detailing civil structures
Experience in design structures for housing, pre-engineered buildings or container houses is a plus
Can understand thoroughly architect drawings.
Have solid skills in using common structural analysis software and AutoCAD
Be Fluent in structural software such as: ETABS, SAFE, SAP, PLAXIS...
Have critical thinking, ability to identify and resolve technical problems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in collaboration or independently as needed
Accurateness and precision.
Basic skills in English

Triển khai thiết kế cơ sở, thiết kế kỹ thuật, thiết kế bản vẽ thi công
Phát hiện vấn đề trong quá trình triển khai thiết kế và đề xuất giải pháp
Thực hiện kiểm soát chất lượng bản vẽ, mô hình, báo cáo
Sửa đổi, điều chỉnh, bổ sung tài liệu thiết kế: danh mục tài liệu, phiếu kiểm tra chất lượng, ... đảm bảo yêu cầu của dự án
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên

Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành có liên quan
Kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 2 năm làm thiết kế kết cấu
Ưu tiên các bạn có kinh nghiệm với các công trình nhà cao tầng, nhà tiền chế, nhà container
Thành thạo phần mềm vẽ kỹ thuật Auto CAD
Thành thạo các phần mềm tính toán kết cấu như Etabs, Sap, Safe.
Am hiểu các quy chuẩn, tiêu chuẩn thiết kế
Cẩn thận, trung thực nhiệt tình trong công việc
Có tinh thần cầu tiến, chịu khó học hỏi
