Role Description The Student Assistant role at ETA Semiconductor is a full-time, on-site position based in the Hanoi Capital Region.
The Student
Assistant supports daily operations by assisting engineers and staff with data collection, documentation, and basic analysis related to semiconductor projects. Typical tasks may include maintaining records, preparing reports or presentations, organizing lab materials and project files, and performing routine administrative and technical support activities. The role involves collaborating with team members, following established procedures and safety guidelines, and helping ensure that project timelines and quality standards are met.
This position is designed to provide practical experience, mentorship, and exposure to semiconductor industry practices while contributing to ongoing work.
Qualifications
Strong interest in semiconductors, electronics, or related engineering fields, with a willingness to learn and apply new concepts.
Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with data entry, simple data analysis, and structured documentation.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work respectfully within diverse teams and follow guidance from supervisors.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured environment.
Proficiency with common office and productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools); familiarity with technical or lab environments is a plus.
Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (such as
Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or similar) in good academic standing.
Ability to work on-site in the Hanoi Capital Region and comply with workplace safety and confidentiality requirements.
