Mô tả công việc

Overview and Objective of the Position
The Student Recruitment Manager plays a significant role in driving sales growth and achieving student recruitment targets in Vietnam on behalf of the South Australian Institute of Business and Technology (SAIBT). The role will predominantly focus on the specific region, with exposure to others on an ad-hoc basis. Working closely with colleagues in Regional Management and their respective Divisional sales teams, this position will be part of a recruitment team in their territory. The team will be responsible for on-the-ground sales activities including, but not limited to training, events, student conversion, and troubleshooting. This requires the ability to support a broad range of internal and external stakeholders across the region to drive long-term growth for SAIBT in the market.
The role is responsible for the execution of the sales & marketing strategy, market research, marketing campaigns, marketing communications, and budgeting. The external-facing sales & marketing activities will target direct and indirect channels in order to increase market share and international student enrolments for SAIBT. The individual in the role will be proactive, culturally aware, and outcomes-focused with strong execution capabilities. Flexible, dynamic, honest and reliable, innovative and influential. A proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills. The role will require a laser focus on achieving targets and working closely with the College and Regional Management to achieve enrolment growth. This role will promote cooperation; instill a positive influence on others and have fun. Principal Accountabilities
- Operationalize the SAIBT Strategic Marketing Plans in the relevant territory in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, Regional Management Team, and divisional sales staff.
- Participate in all sales activities including, but not limited to, training, events, student conversion, and troubleshooting for all products within SAIBT - which may change based on the operational needs of the business which will be broader
- Represent your territory in Divisional business and product development discussions.
- Coordinate and evaluate student marketing and recruitment strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities, including joint activities with University partners.
- Handle student inquiries and manage leads.
- Ensure complete and accurate reporting of all activities on the CRM.
- Coordinate and deliver internal English tests where required.
- Execute the pre-departure process with channel partners and students
- Engage with the College Marketing Team to ensure appropriate sales collateral is available and utilized across regional management and channel partner networks.
- Conduct market research including employment, vocational and product trends.
- Deliver market insight and accurate sales forecasts through regular and detailed reports to the College.
- Collaborate with Regional Management Team to develop budget proposals for submission to the College.
- Execute Divisional and College focused sales and marketing activities in the market which may change based on business requirements
- Support College in pipeline management and in market partner engagement.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally as required.

Yêu cầu

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential
- Tertiary level qualifications with at least two years' work experience in international education.
- Demonstrated Knowledge and experience working in the International Education sector to develop sales and recruitment strategies that deliver against agreed student targets.
- High-level interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills including Business level is written and oral capability in English and Indian
- Proven ability as a team player
- Ability to demonstrate innovative thinking
- An eye for developing new recruitment initiatives
- Ability to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes
- Capacity to work effectively within a matrix structure, with a focus on collaborating with and influencing various stakeholders.
- Flexible attitude to work including a willingness to work outside of normal office hours in support of recruitment activities both locally and internationally
- Ability to meet targets within defined timelines among changing priorities
- Experience in building and managing internal and external relationships, particularly with agents
Desirable
- Success in a sales role within the Higher Education sector, internationally, or within Australia/Singapore
- Proven ability to monitor and evaluate the success of activities and report appropriately
- Proven ability to work successfully with education agents in India
- Experience in working effectively within a matrix structure to ensure competing demands are met
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
