Mô tả công việc
The Student Recruitment Manager provides leadership, direction and maximises value delivered by the student recruitment team in RMIT HCMC campus. The main activities include developing, coordinating and managing student recruitment, determining requirements, assessing supply markets, developing strategic plans, leading and motivating the student recruitment team with regards to performance and their own personal and professional development. The Student Recruitment Manager will engage with senior stakeholders within the RMIT organisation to understand long-term university aspirations.
The Student Recruitment Manager will work to deliver process and policy innovation to drive simple and effective use of processes and systems. The Manager will effectively collaborate with Marketing and Communications and other academic teams to propose and coordinate events and activities to attract parents and prospective student to RMIT Vietnam. The Manager is responsible for ensuring best practise, continuous improvement and driving innovation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Driving sales and performance
Lead, motivate and manage to sales activities of the student recruitment team in HCMC to achieve domestic profile targets for both Vietnam and Melbourne campuses;
Key contributor to the design and implementation of student recruitment policies, procedures and processes
Manage the performance of the sale team and provide appropriate trainings and support where necessary to deliver high quality service for customers
Stakeholder management
Develop and strengthen strategic and operational relationships networks through influential and effective communication across a diverse range of key stakeholders within the business.
Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders both in country and with RMIT Australia;
Collaborate closely and effectively with Student Recruitment Manager, Hanoi to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies and to coordinate effective cross campus student recruitment support to build a 'one team' culture. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure regular trainings/workshops are facilitated on topics relating to products, and updates in this area etc, to upskill stakeholders and staff and improve quality of activities at RMIT Vietnam.
Develop and maintain communication plan with key stakeholders to manage demands and to ensure transparency and effective handling of issues at an early stage.
Lead and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to effectively manage customers' complaints.
Strategic recruitment
Develop strategies for student recruitment to enable the University to meet its strategic goals and maximise organisational performance;
Ensure quality analysis and recommendation on the effectiveness of student recruitment strategies for business leaders across the organisation.
Produce quality high level reports to support recommendations
Conduct specific market analysis to gain insight to contribute to the setting of targets and direction of the team Effective stakeholder consultation to propose effective recruitment strategies which align with the strategic outlook of the University and meets the University objectives.
Collaborate effectively with the Market Research team to coordinate market research projects to gain continuous knowledge about national and global markets and industry trends.
People management
Lead and build a culture of integrity and high performance that supports team collaboration, result-orientation, outstanding customer service, integrity, continuous improvement that ensure excellent performance;
Develop, drive and motivate a high performing team: with particular focus on recruitment, development and retention of staff;
