Studio Manager (Operations)

Report to: CEO/ Founder
Hours: Full-time 5 days per week
Location: D1, HCMC
The Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and overall standards of the Ragged Romances' Bridal Atelier. This role works directly with CEO/Founder & will serve as the key operational lead - ensuring excellence in team coordination, client experience, and brand presentation.
Responsibilities
1. Business & Operational Oversight
• Oversee daily studio and atelier operations: scheduling, cleanliness, logistics etc. to maintain a premium client experience
• Ensure all displayed garments meet Ragged Romances standards & fully presentable to brides.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery, coordinate workflow across design, fitting, and production teams
• Analyze studio performance and take proactive measures to improve client conversion & experience
• Conduct inventory audits, manage damaged goods, track and optimize operational costs
• Uphold operational standards, workflow consistency, and overall service quality
2. Bridal Client Experience
• Lead bridal consultations and guide clients through a premium, professional, emotional, and personalized experience
• Manage client appointments, expectations, contracts, payments, fittings, and gown deliveries
• Oversee post-purchase follow-up, including feedback collection and client relationship management
• Handle client concerns and unexpected situations professionally, ensuring every bride feels heard, valued, and cared for
• Act as a trusted representative of the founder within the Vietnam studio and maintain strong relationships with external partners including wedding planners, stylists, and collaborators
3. Team Leadership
• Manage staff scheduling, conduct performance reviews and/or mentoring, cultivate a positive and accountable team culture. Support team members with problem-solving and decision-making, serving as a key point of guidance and leadership for junior staff
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and staff training while fostering a disciplined, collaborative, and high-performing work environment
• Ensure the working space remains organized, well-equipped, and operationally efficient
