I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Advise students and parents on suitable study-abroad programs based on students' academic performance, career aspirations, personal needs, and financial capacity.
Provide information on universities, fields of study, academic programs, scholarships, and the latest admission policies in the UK, Australia, the US, Canada, New Zealand, and other countries.
Provide customer support and follow up with clients throughout the registration process; coordinate with the Documentation Team to complete admission and visa applications.
Update customer information on the CRM system, monitor application progress, and prepare reports in accordance with company requirements.
Participate in admission seminars, educational exhibitions, recruitment events, and other promotional activities organized by the Company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners; achieve assigned business targets in accordance with the Company's plans.
II. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or higher.
At least 01 year of experience in education consulting, customer service, banking, tourism, or related fields; candidates with knowledge of study-abroad services or previous experience in study-abroad consulting are preferred.
Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-oriented skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong research and information-processing skills.
Ability to work independently, perform effectively under sales pressure, demonstrate flexibility, and maintain a proactive attitude toward professional development.
