Supervior Pattern

Job Summary:
The Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. This role is crucial for maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise activities
Plan and assign work:
- Define goals and KPIs for the department.
Assign work to employees per their capacity and experience.
- Track the work progress and ensure completion on time.
Quality Monitoring:
- Quality control before putting into production.
- Ensure that the patterns are made following design and technical requirements.
- Prevent and correct errors in time.
Staff training and development:
- Train new employees on working skills.
- Improve the capacity and skills of existing employees.
- Create a productive work environment and encourage learning.
2. Technical Support
Assist employees in resolving technical issues:
- Provide guidance and solutions to problems encountered during the work process.
- Participate in the search and application of new techniques.
- Help employees improve their professional capacity.
Coordinate with other departments:
- Cooperate closely with MD and technical departments to ensure that patterns are made according to the ideas and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the production department to ensure that the pattern is used effectively.
3. Reporting and updating information
Periodic reports on the activities of the department:
- Report on work progress, product quality, and problems encountered.
- Propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Keep up to date with new trends in the garment industry:
- Research and learn new techniques.
- Attend specialized seminars and training courses.
