Supervisor, Creative Art

Position Objective:
This position will be the team contact in developing brand visual identity and ensuring that brand standards and visual identity are effectively communicated to our target audience through all visual elements of our marketing campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Brand Visual Identity development
- Be responsible for the Brand Visual Identity Center of Chubb Life Vietnam, including but not limited to: brand guideline, templates, stocks, materials, etc.
- Work with creative vendor to develop visual identity and design direction for Chubb Life Vietnam's marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, following the global guideline and MKT strategy.
- Work closely with subject expert of MKT team to develop materials at corporate level and cascade into local levels of channels and sales regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Channels, Customer, to understand business objectives and develop creative solutions that meet their needs.
- Continuously evaluate industry trends, best practices, and competitors to innovate and improve the quality of our visual identity and design.
Project Collaboration
- Collaborate with other team members to activate brand communications campaigns under the leadership of the department head and partner with relevant functions.
- Support other functions in all external public touch-point visual materials development mostly in guidance level.
Brand standard audit and governance
- Conduct brand guideline training, refreshing, audit and guidance under strong collaboration with different functions, focusing on distribution, products, Events & Activations, and local sales offices.
- Conduct the brand audit for proposal of new brand visual trends, brand visual identity improvement for our stakeholders, functions, under global brand guideline, country business theme and MKT strategy.
