Supervisor, Design Coordination

- Coordinate and manage all design stages: concept design, design development, tender, construction documentation, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Prepare Design Briefs and Requests for Proposal (RFP) to select suitable design consultants
- Work closely with both international and local consultants to ensure alignment with project vision and local regulations.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure design quality and consistency across all projects.
- Manage and coordinate the interface among architectural, interior design, MEP, landscape, and fit-out works
- Ensure design compliance with statutory regulations, project requirements, and local building codes.
- Lead coordination between consultants, contractors, and site engineers to ensure timely delivery of design packages, keeping quality and cost under control.
- Monitor design changes and assess impact on cost, schedule, and quality.
- Participate in contractor selection, design workshops, mock-ups, and site inspections as needed.
- Understand and facilitate legal and permitting processes related to design and construction.
