Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate and manage all design stages: concept design, design development, tender, construction documentation, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Prepare Design Briefs and Requests for Proposal (RFP) to select suitable design consultants
- Work closely with both international and local consultants to ensure alignment with project vision and local regulations.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure design quality and consistency across all projects.
- Manage and coordinate the interface among architectural, interior design, MEP, landscape, and fit-out works
- Ensure design compliance with statutory regulations, project requirements, and local building codes.
- Lead coordination between consultants, contractors, and site engineers to ensure timely delivery of design packages, keeping quality and cost under control.
- Monitor design changes and assess impact on cost, schedule, and quality.
- Participate in contractor selection, design workshops, mock-ups, and site inspections as needed.
- Understand and facilitate legal and permitting processes related to design and construction.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture and Interior Design
Experience: 7-10 years of working experience in design coordination, including experience on the client/
developer side
Specialized skills:
• Proven experience with mixed-use developments including serviced apartments, hotels, office grade A, retail and luxury buildings.
• Good understanding of local building codes and legal processes.
• Software skills: Office, AutoCAD and Sketch UP
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Soft skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines across multiple projects.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills with consultants and contractors.
