Key objectives:
To ensure the effective execution and continuous improvement of general services operations-including transportation, canteen, cleaning, office supplies, locker room, and other facility-related services-by supervising daily activities, coordinating with service providers, and supporting the implementation of company strategies, safety standards, and service quality.
Key accountabilities:
1.Canteen (Catering) Services
• Support the implementation of goals and KPIs for canteen operations as directed by the Manager.
• Monitor daily operations of the canteen (day and night shifts) to ensure food quality, hygiene, and service meet employee needs.
• Coordinate with service providers to maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with nutrition standards, and minimum food waste.
• Collect employee feedback and report issues or suggestions to the Manager.
• Participate in the Canteen Committee and assist in organizing monthly site patrols.
• Support the preparation of reports and documentation for audits and improvement projects.
2.Transportation Services
• Assist in implementing goals for transportation services (Shuttle Bus) as directed by the Manager.
• Monitor daily operations of transportation services for both day and night shifts to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure service quality and promptly address operational issues.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with safety policies and support the Zero Accident objective.
• Provide necessary documentation and support for internal/external audits and risk management activities.
3. Cleaning and Gardening Services
• Supervise cleaning and gardening service providers to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of office and outdoor areas.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to address issues and implement improvements.
4. Locker Room Management
• Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of locker rooms.
• Ensure availability of lockers and manage allocation to employees via locker management system.
• Address and resolve any issues related to locker room facilities.
5. Office Supplies Management
• Keep track of inventory and procurement of office supplies and stationery.
• Ensure replenishment and cost-effective
purchasing.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill supply needs efficiently.
6. Pest Control
• Coordinate with pest control service providers to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Monitor service schedules and effectiveness.
• Address pest-related issues promptly and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
7. Other Responsibilities
• Pantry supervision to ensure sufficient office consumable stock such as coffee beans, milk, sugar, etc.
• Provide logistical and operational support as needed.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources and other related
• At least 2 years of working in the same role in a factory.
• Hands-on responsibility for the full scope of General Services activities on operations.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Intermediate English skills (B1/ IELTS: Score 4.0-4.5/ TOEIC: Score 550-650)
• Effective communication: Both internal and cross-functional.
• Able to solve problems under pressure with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to execute work efficiently and delivers high-quality results, even when handling high volume and complexity.
