Supervisor Technician ( Giám sát Kỹ thuật)

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Asst. Engineering Manager or Residence Manager, plans, organizes and provides supervision and oversight for daily maintenance operations and activities in the service apartments. Supervises and evaluates the work of both maintenance employees and vendors/contractors; coordinates department activities with those of other departments; inspects and troubleshoots maintenance work; and perform the work of maintenance employees and other duties as required.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinates or install, inspects repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems in all related locations.
2. Coordinates renovations of existing facilities and construction of new facilities.
3. Ensures that the preventive maintenance programmed is implemented and carry out according to schedule.
4. Resolves emergency breakdowns within assigned shift
5. Resolves problems concerning assigned areas of specific technical responsibilities.
6. Contributes to effective inventory control systems.
7. Makes recommendation for any adjustment/ modification regarding to the system improvement as necessary.
