- Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Regular conduct supplier quality audit.
- Issue and follow up SCARs and 8D reports, driving continuous supplier quality improvements.
- Establish and maintain inspection standards for all incoming materials.
- Assist in developing and maintaining Control Plans, PFMEAs, and Work Instructions for processes.
- Propose improvements to enhance inspection efficiency and reduce incoming defects.
- Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (ISO9001).
- Support NPI projects, First article inspection (FAI) and release.
- Be responsible for developing and directly training new employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control for components (stamping, machining, welding, coating).
- Proficient in using measuring instruments (OMM, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, hardness
tester etc.).
- Familiar with metal material specifications and surface treatment standards.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949), 7 QC Tools, 5 core tools, 8D report, 5W.
- Good English skills, proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
