Supply Chain Assistant (Merchandiser)

• Follow up incoming raw materials to the bonded warehouse
• Maintain ex-factory date and delivery date, and update the information on the software
• Cooperate well with the planner and supplier on shipment, delivery and arrival date
• Check and approval shipping document then update on the software
• Create PO/DO/TO for raw material to be returned to the supplier. Create & change to second choice for rejectd quality
• Update new PO into the system
• Create devivery and transfer order for raw material from bonded warehouse to the sewing factories, and follow up
• Follow up all SPE/MTM/Sample and Sale order
• Checking the price between software and invoice
• Update the shipment plan in the the system
• Update the consumption of material into the software
• Balance stock and making daily packing plan
• Monthly report
• Other required tasks
