Mô tả công việc

Trách nhiệm:
Duy trì cơ sở dữ liệu lịch trình vận chuyển trong nước.
Duy trì kế hoạch tải hàng gửi đi của nhà máy.
Develop actionable plans to maintain the rate of OTIF (on time in full) of all the shipments from the suppliers (Chile, China, Thailand, and Vietnam)
Maintain 3rd Party Transportation Providers' inbound Scheduling tool.
Master Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data related to products, suppliers, and distribution networks,
Assess the effectiveness of initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Track Product Availability & Accuracy: Regularly monitor product availability reports, ensure accuracy and address discrepancies promptly.
Track OTIF and Shipping Performance.
Track Carrier Delivery Performance.
Process and Audit Carrier Invoices and Documents.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications we seek in you!
Communicate in English.
2-5 years of experience in supply chain planning
An individual with some significant office admin experience - 3 plus years.
Candidate should speak and write Vietnamese and English - work with foreigners and with companies in Thailand, Chile, and China.
Should have excellent record-keeping ability and excellent Excel sheet - pivot tables etc.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ability to manage complex logistics and fulfill projects efficiently.
Written and interpersonal skills.
PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, and PowerPoint (Access preferred); advanced proficiency in Excel.
Work in a multicultural environment
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Chain-related experience in Supply Planning preferred in FMCG/Consumer Food company
Knowledge of any of the ERP & Planning systems like SAP.
Analytical tools like Power BI, and Excel.
