Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative and Research Assistant to join our on-site team in Danang. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support while also conducting research to aid our projects and business decisions.
Role Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Manage calendars, organize meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Research: Conduct research as required, gather data, compile information from various sources, and prepare reports to support decision-making and strategy development.
• Documentation: Maintain and organize company documents, research findings, and project files.
• Communication: Assist in drafting and distributing emails and other communication materials.
• Project Assistance: Support various projects by gathering relevant information, managing timelines, and coordinating with team members.
• Event Coordination: Help organize company events, workshops, and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

Yêu cầu công việc
Experience: 1.5+ years of experience in administrative roles with a focus on research tasks.
Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong English reading and writing skills will be a bonus.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Danang, Vietnam.
