Mô tả công việc
I. Purpose
- This position will be responsible for overseeing all production-related Supply Chain activities in a manner that is compliant with all applicable international and local laws and regulations.
- Supply Chain management is a cross-functional role that includes managing the movement of raw materials into an organization, including processing of materials into finished goods, and the movement of finished goods out of the organization and toward the end consumer.
- Review and build all Supply Chain (SCN) processes to ensure its coordinate and corporate well with all Departments within TEKCOM.
- Propose and plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
- Manage the company's Sales & Operations Planning process, and provide leadership to the Supply Chain (SCN) teams in order to ensure sufficient and efficient planning and meeting demand of key products and materials for on-going operations.
- Consolidate of sales forecast which will be used as basis in the Demand and Operations Planning.
- Manage supply and inventory of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM) and Finished Goods (FGs), ensures that these are systematically allocated and delivered to plants and warehouses complete in quantity, in good quality condition, on the most economical and timely basis.
- Responsible for implementing Supply Chain initiatives to reduce cost and improve service focused on supplier performance. Construct process maps, collects data, perform analyses, deliver recommendations, and implement process improvement initiatives relative to end-to-end supply chain. Manage and ensure all teams of Demand planning and Warehouse to improve efficiencies.
- Manage Budget planning and best cost to serve dispatch plan, analyze and suggest initiatives/ actions to improve best cost to serve while maximize the utilization of the company assets to meet customer demand.
- Chair S&OP meetings, make business recommendations regarding sales and operations for continuous improvements to optimize production capacity & distribution network.
- Track & follow up actions required to ensure improvement / changes implemented.
- Provide guidance in day-to-day work. Provide coaching to staff to develop capability and competencies required
- To drive for best optimization of SCN & distribution network.
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors.
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Follow all safety guidelines and comply with all company policies.
- Other tasks will be assigned by CEO.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Professional requirements
- Education: University degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field required. Master's degree preferred.
- Computer: Good computer skills.
- Language: Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Supply Chain management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles in Supply Chain.
- Overall understanding of wood/furniture manufacturing process, international.
- Having experience in setting and developing Supply Chain systems and processes.
- Hands on experience with supply chain management software (such as SAP MM, AP Modules, SAP Plant Maintenance, etc.)
