Sourcing and procuring quality yarns and greige fabrics from suppliers.
Managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of yarns and greige fabrics.
Collaborating with production teams to develop production plans based on demand forecasts.
Implementing quality control measures to ensure that yarns and greige fabrics meet the required standards and specifications.
Coordinating the logistics of transporting yarns and greige fabrics between suppliers, production facilities, and distribution centers.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and sustainable supply of materials.
Monitoring and controlling costs associated with yarn and greige fabric procurement and production.
Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and implementing risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards related to yarn and greige fabric production.
Continuously evaluating and optimizing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve overall performance.
