Supply Chain Intern

* Sourcing Support:
- Research and identify potential local and international suppliers for food ingredients, non-food materials, and kitchen equipment.
- Collect and organize supplier information, including product specifications, lead times, pricing, and certifications.
- Support the evaluation and qualification process of new suppliers according to quality, food safety, and brand standards.
- Prepare sourcing reports, supplier comparison sheets, and procurement plans as needed.
- Ensure all sourcing activities are compliant with Shake Shack's procurement policies and food safety standards.
* Portfolio and Database Development:
- Build and maintain a detailed sourcing database for food, packaging, kitchen equipment, and store supplies.
- Create a structured portfolio of preferred vendors categorized by product type, price range, and quality rating.
- Ensure all sourcing information is documented systematically and accessible for cross-functional teams.
* Material and Equipment Preparation:
- Assist in preparing the master list of required raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and kitchen equipment for Shake Shack store operations.
- Coordinate with the Culinary team for food tasting phases.
