Supply Chain Intern

1. Sourcing Support:
Research and identify potential local and international suppliers for food ingredients, non-food materials, and kitchen equipment.
Collect and organize supplier information, including product specifications, lead times, pricing, and certifications.
Support the evaluation and qualification process of new suppliers according to quality, food safety, and brand standards.
Prepare sourcing reports, supplier comparison sheets, and procurement plans as needed.
Ensure all sourcing activities are compliant with company's procurement policies and food safety standards.
2. Portfolio and Database Development:
Build and maintain a detailed sourcing database for food, packaging, kitchen equipment, and store supplies.
Create a structured portfolio of preferred vendors categorized by product type, price range, and quality rating.
Ensure all sourcing information is documented systematically and accessible for cross-functional teams.
3. Material and Equipment Preparation:
Assist in preparing the master list of required raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and kitchen equipment for store operations.
Coordinate with the Culinary team for food tasting phases
