Supply Chain Leader

JOB SUMMARY
This is newly created hybrid role for Production/Quality leader, specializing in Packaging Products, this role is to execute the new Packaging production investment at NEFAB Dong Nai. Take full responsibility to manage overall production operations/Quality management of new packaging production set-up with extensive background in Packaging industry. He/she will be overall in charge of the site production operations & quality, which include peoples, production, raw material planning, product quality, inventory, Safety, and products manufacture according to bill of materials. Ensuring all facilities are maintained and safety procedures and policies are enforced, to ensure zero accident and or injuries and to follow corporate code of conduct Policy, hence ensure daily activities meets Nefab Global Quality Policy and comply with Group ISO standard. Ensuring the successful delivering of sustained rapid growth, meeting shareholders and customers expectations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage day to day raw materials planning, production planning, quality, inventory and fulfil daily delivery plan with high efficiency.
• Monitor production cost and overheads and drive process improvement and resources to minimize operating expenses (OPEX).
• Responsible for the loading and supply plan by evaluating production capacity and planned requirements to meet changing of demand (OEE).
• Maximize operations efficiency and coordinates with production to ensure on time delivery.
• Resolve manufacturing problems as they arise, reducing the impact of unforeseen difficulties.
• Track, organize and manage inventory and responsible for 100% stock accuracy by managing & reporting on inventory turns, stock counts & purchase price variance.
• Practice, safeguard, and promote Nefab Code of Conduct, mission statement, and values in terms of health and safety.
• Lead on-site audits conducted by customer/external providers
• Evaluate customer requirements, set, and update the quality standards
• Leader of the investigations and improvement action plan of Customer Complaints, nonconformance, and SCAR, drive continuous improvement.

• Support Nefab Purchase/Sourcing and work with vendors to ensure quality of all purchased parts.
