Supply Chain Management Manager

Job Summary:
Organize the storage and distribution of goods.
Ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost
Roles and Responsibilities:
SHIPPING & IMPORT
Coordinate with MD & Planning teams to execute quantity need by product category, monthly.
Reconcile shipping data vs master buy list of MD teams to do request form for Article and PO creation.
Daily follow up to suppliers, forwarders regarding new shipment in order to ensure all of delivery process runs smoothly.
Controlling documentation needed (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, COO) for custom clearance process.
Update shipment data in the MAP Solusi System or manually for the purposes of weekly / monthly Shipping Tracking report.
Coordinate with transporter and DC regarding delivery of shipments after the custom clearance process completed.
Coordinate for pre-testing of Toys, Baby apparels, such others products prescribed by law of land.
Coordinate with MD & Planning teams to execute quantity need by product category, monthly.
Update MD teams & Finance team for any lacking qty or defect qty of shipments and support the claim process.
Liaise with forwarders, insurance company for broken/ damage qty not caused by factories, suppliers.
Provide data of sub-label for 3PL to print and stick on imported products.
Arrange for re-packing (if required by Brand team and approved by BOD) before GR at DC.
Input all landed cost and monitoring GR at DC by checking list of the goods match with the system to ensure all goods are successfully arrived.
Reconcile and ensure 100% data accuracy of incoming qty between WMS and SAP.
Update MD teams & Finance team for any lacking qty or defect qty of shipments and support the claim process.
Liaise with forwarders, insurance company for broken/ damage qty not caused by factories, suppliers.

WAREHOUSE & FULFILMENT
Receive DO from COE, arrange with DC for picking & packing the goods, then coordinate with the transporter to proceed delivery.
Controlling DC cost within yearly budget, maintain cost-efficiency.
Plan DC Capacity for outbound (Online & Offline order processing).
Ensure the delivery status to all stores are delivered within lead time in order to support the merchandise allocation fulfillment.
Ensure the delivery data is updated in order to align with the lead time and system controlling in SCR.
Ensure packaging & QC process at DC follow MAP standard.
Produce reports and statistics for management reporting, per defined periodicity.
Handling complaints regarding warehouse and transportation, giving clear solution and create policy (if necessary) to avoid occur again.
Financial and Non-Financial Measures:
The operation of the warehouse run smoothly.
The fulfilment and allocation of the goods from DC for Online & Offline run smoothly.
DC handling fee and delivery fee achieved less or equal to budget.
100% data accuracy uploaded to SAP system.
On average, shipments are sent within lead time from the arrival of the ship at the port until the goods enter the DC.
Shipping lead time - 20 days for Asia (from Cargo Ready Date <> DC) : break-up CRD to ATD (5 days), ATD to ATA (average 10 days), ATA to DC (5 day)
Minimum 95% fulfilment & delivery from DC are meet the Lead Time.
The revision of the custom clearance process can be minimized.
Storage costs at the port can be minimized.
Manage Landed cost % age to FOB monthly at 2.2%.
Ensure to deliver at least 95% qty requirement basis cargo readiness & weekly staggering shipment (Arrival and DC delivery) in order to manage product flow and DC capacity effectively.
100% data accuracy uploaded to SAP system.
