Inventory & Logistics Management
Drive global inventory strategies to achieve target stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
Establish inventory governance, KPIs, and reporting standards applicable across all sites.
Standardize logistics processes including inbound, outbound, warehousing, and intercompany transportation activities.
Monitor logistics performance and ensure consistency with corporate supply chain policies and objectives.
Lead initiatives to optimize supply chain costs and improve overall operational efficiency.
Supply Chain Leadership & Operations Excellence
Provide functional leadership and professional guidance to regional and local Supply Chain teams located across different countries.
Ensure consistent execution of planning, inventory control, and material flow processes throughout the organization.
Review supply chain performance regularly, identify operational risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage escalation and resolution of critical supply chain issues impacting customers or manufacturing operations.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices across global supply chain functions.
Support organizational changes and ensure smooth business continuity during transitions.
Reporting & Strategic Support
Deliver data-driven analyses, dashboards, and supply chain reports to senior leadership.
Monitor key business indicators and recommend improvement actions based on operational performance.
Participate in strategic projects aimed at enhancing supply chain capabilities and supporting long-term business objectives.
