Produce factory planning (capacity, resource, labor, materials supplies) short term and long term to consistently meeting global demand requirements, new products and overall business growth.

Coordinate with operation team to plan day to day production activity with materials, resource, capacity, labors, logistic consideration and at the end output of fulfilling regional orders requirements

Hire, develop, and lead team plus ensure NPD introduce needs are reached

Purchase supplies and materials according to demand requirements, BOM specifications, purchasing guidelines

Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures

Oversee distribution of supplies in the factory

Control inventory levels to meet company inventory target and at the same time ensure availability of material according to demand needs

Supervise, evaluate and coach subordinates

Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers

Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.

Assist in forecasting to plan future orders

Participate as a member of the factories management team to build the team and capabilities of the factory to ensure delivery of tactical and strategic goals.

Working with China factory and purchasing department to coordinate China supplies, Vietnam localization activity and long term supplier strategy

BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field with specialization in Logistics, Material Management or Supply Chain Management is preferred.

Min. 5 years for proven experience as materials manager

Experience in shipping and receiving

Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems

Understanding of forecasting and budgeting

Working knowledge of ERP system, oracle is bonus.

Working knowledge of SAP MM

Proficient in MS Office

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

A problem-solver

Able to work pro-actively and effectively, self-starter and hardworking.

Able to travel to US and China freely.
