End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership
Provide strategic direction for importation, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution.
Ensure reliable product availability while minimizing operational risks and driving continuous improvement.
Inventory Strategy & Working Capital Management
Implement inventory strategies to ensure high service levels, optimize working capital, and minimize obsolescence.
Monitor performance across storage points and lead decision-making during supply constraints.
Logistics & Distribution Excellence
Oversee nationwide logistics to ensure high On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery and warehouse productivity.
Manage strategic 3PL relationships to ensure service excellence and accountability.
Importation & Compliance Governance
Lead importation activities, ensuring compliance with customs, product registration, labeling, and tax policies.
Manage regulatory risks and act as the primary contact for external stakeholders and authorities.
Cost Management & Value Optimization
Own the supply chain cost structure, identifying optimization initiatives while partnering with Finance to align operational decisions with financial targets.
Cross-Functional Business Partnering
Provide supply insights to support business planning, commercial initiatives, and risk mitigation.
Actively contribute to S&OP discussions to ensure supply feasibility and alignment with business priorities.
Performance Management & Team Leadership
Define and track key KPIs including OTIF, logistics costs, and inventory health.
Lead, coach, and develop the team in logistics, inventory control, and problem-solving.

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in FMCG or regulated industries.
Proven track record in logistics leadership, inventory/cost management, importation, and regulatory compliance.
Exposure to Demand Planning or S&OP processes is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in logistics, warehousing, inventory optimization, and supply chain cost management.
Analytical capability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and link operations to financial performance.
Fluent in English.
