Mô tả công việc
Accountabilities:
1. Demand Planning management
Leading S&OP process, ensuring that "One aligned" demand/forecast by SKU by Region with the relevant building blocks and assumptions based on historical trends as well as quantified market insights
Manage statistical forecasting process and propose and implement solutions to improve accuracy in demand forecasting
Lead stakeholders including Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, ... to collect all supporting activities or market intelligence, use expertise and own fact-base data to validate assumption for forecast uplift
Disaggregate monthly forecast to SKU, DC and regional level as the input for execution plan and target setting
Developing a high quality and a midpoint forecast while improving short-term and long-term forecast accuracy
Manage and drive for products portfolio improvement
Report on weekly and monthly forecast accuracy, including analyzing the root causes and suggest for improvement actions
Influencing demand by optimizing current mix and ensuring that gap-closure action plans are in place whenever possible
Taking Demand Planning and S&OP to the next level, elevating maturity with the use of enhanced analytics, science and systemic tools.
2. Supply Planning management
MPS: develop 12 month rolling supply forecast, taking into account the safety stock and stock cover day for each SKU at each DC to schedule proper production plan for each sites (Binh Duong plant, Coman (North & South) )
MRP: explore BOM to calculate material requirement as per input for production, place order for raw-pack on time to maintain stock at optimized level
DRP: lead the replenishment process to create DRP for each DC to promptly support for sales and prevent the Out-Of-Stock, write off stock
Do supply gap analysis for 12 month rolling plan to identify the capacity constraint and propose for action to close gap
Report on stock-coverday (CVD), Days-In-Inventory (DII), Out-of-stock (OOS) and propose actions for improvement
Manage the raw material, packaging material to minimize write-off cost as per target.
Coaching, training and developing Planning team to support for future business growth

Key skills and competencies:
Strong foundational understanding of supply and demand planning and operation effectiveness.
Inventory management & CFR improvement
Excellent analytical skills, problem solving, performance management, project management, business continuity, crisis management, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skill.
Growth, outward, & innovative mindset.
Agile and able to lead as change champion.
Experience:
Experience in Planning 5 years, experience in the leadership at least 2 years, prefer in FMCG industry
MPS/MPR implementation, both manual and automation system for flexible working.
Experience with transformation project.
Experience in using ERP system such as Oracle, SAP
Experience in S&OP process and Demand planning tool is preferred
