Job Objectives:
The Supply Chain Quality Manager (SCQM) is responsible for supplier performance, compliance, Risk management of Aero structure supplier (s) in Vietnam. The SCQM will work in close cooperation with the Airbus supply chain and quality teams, Multi-functional team in Procurement Operations Aerostructures in Germany and with the regional teams in Asia Pacific.
Job Responsibilities:
• Contribute And support Airbus Multi-functional team and deploy associated strategy such as onboarding new Airbus Aerostructures suppliers in Vietnam
• Manage potential transfer of work (Airbus and Supplier Driven), contribute to validation of Transfer Notification form, First Article, last Article inspection reports, Advanced Product Quality planning (APQP) deliverables
• Secure the deployments of supply chain standards, quality methods and tools such as Advanced Product Quality planning
• Ensure that supplier has clear plans to support the rate evolution
• Support supplier investigations to secure Customer protection action and root cause corrective actions throughout the local supply chain
• Support Supplier compliance to Airbus and Authority regulations (Eg. EASA...). Support /perform various audits and assessments including Capacity Contingency planning, special process, and Industrial process control Assessments
• Establish Industrial risk analysis and monitor associated surveillance plan
• Drive implementation of supply chain continuous improvement methodologies & Tools (Lean, 6 Sigma, Problem Solving etc.) at suppliers
• Support the supply chain operations team for recovery plans on critical issues to ensure supplier's performance targets are achieved

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor degree in Technical (preferred) or Business Management
• More than 6 years of recognized experience in one or several of those domains: Supply Chain & Quality, Manufacturing engineering, Engineering, Customer Support and Operations
• Strong operational management skills in particular shop floor operations, manufacturing process knowledge, supply chain management, Lean, Six Sigma, Quality management, Quality problem solving, Project Management experiences are required
• Certifications on Six Sigma Green/Black belts, PMP Etc. are added advantage
• Independent and self-motivated way of working, interact and influence to guarantee supplier engagement and development
• Good communication and language (English is mandatory) skills enabling to act internationally and at all levels of the organizations
